Hello, my name is Lauren Barnes! I created this site for my WordPress class, and to share some interesting facts with others. This is my first published website, although I have made a few other projects with Java, HTML, and CSS.
I am a 16 year old Running Start student, enrolled in Clark College. I am currently majoring in Web Development. In my free time I enjoy crocheting, painting, and playing video games. I like listening to music, and have also been playing bass clarinet for five years.
Though I am still learning about the digital landscape, I have enjoyed coding and digital media for a long time now. I also have an appreciation for animals and nature, hence why I enjoy sharing some knowledge with you via this website. I personally think it’s interesting to learn more about the world, and hope you share that curiosity with me! While I primarily focus on animals and nature on this webpage, I may also dabble in some other subjects I find interesting. Honestly, I find that learning something new about any subject is fascinating, so I hope you learn something new through my site as well!
